
I am a passionate yoga teacher, meditation guide, and wellness practitioner with over five years of experience delivering group classes, one-to-one sessions, corporate wellness programs, workshops, and healing-focused practices. My work is centred around supporting individuals to improve their physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and overall quality of life through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Currently based in Perth, I teach at Goodlife Gym, Snap Fitness, community classes, and private 1:1 sessions, where I focus on creating safe, supportive, and inclusive spaces for people of all levels. My approach blends traditional yoga practices with practical wellness tools that help individuals reduce stress, improve mobility, and reconnect with themselves. I am now seeking to grow into a Wellness Facilitator role where I can contribute more broadly within a team, support community wellbeing programs, and bring my experience in yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health into a structured wellness environment. I am reliable, compassionate, and committed to making wellness accessible and meaningful in everyday life.
