
I'm a certified wellness and resilience coach, dance and movement instructor, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, meditation guide, and freediving instructor. Originally from Colombia, I've lived in eight countries across three continents and taught thousands of people across five continents over the past 15 years. As a 9x national freediving record-holder, I bring a unique perspective to my work: the discipline of breath control, mental focus, and body awareness honed through years of training in extreme conditions. I translate these principles into accessible, grounding practices for everyday life and the workplace. I specialize in helping individuals and teams manage stress, prevent burnout, release physical tension, and reconnect with presence through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and creative movement.
