I am a certified Pilates teacher and mindful movement educator specialising in Pilates-based sessions enhanced with breathwork and elements of yoga, designed to support physical vitality, mental clarity and sustainable performance in professional environments.

Through Culture Vitale, I propose accessible, grounding movement experiences that help participants reconnect with their bodies, improve posture and mobility, and regulate the nervous system—particularly valuable for desk-based teams and leadership groups experiencing high cognitive load and stress.

My sessions are rooted in:
• Classical and contemporary Pilates principles (core strength, alignment, control)
• Breath-led movement to support focus, calm and energy regulation
• Gentle yoga-inspired mobility and stretching to improve flexibility and joint health
• Mindful cueing and body awareness, adaptable for all levels and bodies

Each session is designed to be inclusive, non-intimidating and immediately beneficial, offering participants practical tools they can carry back into their working day.

With a background in corporate leadership and facilitation, I am experienced in working with professional audiences and tailoring sessions to meet the needs of teams, executives and mixed-ability groups. My approach supports injury prevention, longevity and sustainable wellbeing, rather than high-intensity fitness.
