I am a certified Pilates teacher and mindful movement educator specialising in Pilates-based sessions enhanced with breathwork and elements of yoga, designed to support physical vitality, mental clarity and sustainable performance in professional environments.
Through Culture Vitale, I propose accessible, grounding movement experiences that help participants reconnect with their bodies, improve posture and mobility, and regulate the nervous system—particularly valuable for desk-based teams and leadership groups experiencing high cognitive load and stress.
My sessions are rooted in:
