Bonjour :) I am Nini, the Founder and – self-acclaimed – Chief Energy Officer (CEO) of The Work Happiness Project – a culture and wellbeing consultancy focused on strengthening organisational performance by elevating human energy, connection, and psychological safety at work. Based in Sydney and originally from the South of Germany, my mission is to “leave a spark of positivity in every life I encounter” – professionally and personally. My work operates at the intersection of wellbeing, culture, and creativity, supporting organisations in building human-centred environments that supercharge employee batteries from the inside out through alignment and vitality, so they can burn bright, not out. Since 2020, I have worked with global teams at Dell, Meta, Google, HubSpot, NSW Government, and high-growth remote organisations, virtual, hybrid, and in-person across Europe, Asia, Australia and the US. My workshops and programs are delivered in an edu-taining, research-informed format, blending interactive and action-oriented experiences with the latest insights from organisational culture research, positive psychology, and behavioural science, and an extra-dose of positivity. My mission is to help organisations shift from “TGIF” cultures to “TGIM” (Thank God It’s Monday) environments – where employees don’t endure the workweek but feel amplified by it, bringing their best selves to both work and life.
