
Nitin Deckha (he/him) holds a PhD in Anthropology from Rice University and is a certified training and development professional. He speaks on a range of topics, including AI’s impact on work and human skills, leadership and intercultural competence. With 15+ years of experience in postsecondary education and professional training, Nitin has taught at the University of Toronto, McMaster University, University of Guelph-Humber, and Hochschule Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. A versatile educator and speaker, Nitin equips learners and leaders around the world with the skills to collaborate, navigate complexity, and drive change. He is based in Toronto, Canada. A visual arts enthusiast, he is an avid volunteer for Friends of Global South Asia of Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto, where he collaborates to organize webinars, gallery tours, and artist talks, and fundraising to support the museum’s Global South Asian gallery and curation.
