Furniture: Comfortable seating arranged in a semi-circle or "U" shape to foster connection and equality. For Wellness & Meditation Sessions: Equipment: One yoga mat and a small cushion or bolster per participant. Atmosphere: Dimmer switches for lights or the ability to darken the room for deep relaxation and Reiki-centered practices.
