Sofia Ilyas

Senior music executive and qualified career coach with more than 15 years of experience across global music PR, artist strategy and diversity, equity and inclusion. She supports emerging artists and producers through one-to-one career coaching, release strategy, EPK and pitch refinement, and coaching around career transitions, burnout, performance anxiety and creative block. Sofia also designs community workshops on personal branding, creative visioning and sustainable career planning, and delivers employability workshops on professional identity and LinkedIn strategy. She holds a BSc in Psychology and a PGCert in Career Coaching and Coaching Psychology, founded Worldwide Piano Day, and is Music Curator for the National Gallery.
