About Stephanie

I am a speaker coach and keynote speaker, and the founder and director of SpeakerStephSpeak in Melbourne. Born in Mauritius and having lived in 10 countries, I call myself a global citizen and a curator of knowledge who shares what I learn forward. My career spans 27 years across NAB, REA Group and Amazon and AWS, with 14 years in learning and development. At AWS I was Head of Internal Training for APAC, and at Amazon I created and pioneered the Amazon Ads Global Speaker Program. I have coached over 550 speakers, run 21 events, trained over 40,000 people in Emotional Intelligence and conducted more than 400 interviews. Certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner and certified Zumba teacher.
