I am a highly experienced workshop facilitator, a consumer researcher and a certified Health & Wellness Coach (specialising in positive intelligence (PQ) and NLP). I run interactive, fun workshops in the area of Mental Fitness and Positive Intelligence with an ongoing 8wk program for those interested in taking their mental fitness to a new level.
