I am a somatic practitioner and Kundalini yoga teacher with a focus on helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and safely release stored stress and emotions.
My journey into this work came through my own experience with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection. Through breathwork, movement, and somatic practices, I was able to shift my internal state and build a more grounded, trusting relationship with myself. This is the foundation of how I guide others today — not from theory, but from lived experience.
I have taught yoga and facilitated workshops in both Europe and Canada, working with individuals and groups in studios, wellness events, and community spaces. I’ve also organized and led my own events, creating immersive experiences that combine breathwork, movement, and emotional awareness. These spaces are designed to be supportive, accessible, and deeply human — where people can feel safe to slow down, release tension, and reconnect.
My work focuses especially on the connection between breath and the nervous system. I guide people to move from states of stress, pressure, or mental overload into a more regulated, calm, and present state. At the same time, I create space for emotional release in a way that feels safe and grounded, without pushing or overwhelming the system.
I bring a trauma-aware and intuitive approach, adapting each session to the group and environment — whether it’s a more gentle, grounding experience or something more activating and energizing. My intention is to support people not only during the session, but to give them simple tools they can take into their daily life.
I currently offer experiences such as “Release to Regulation” and “Somatic Breathwork,” which I have developed and facilitated myself, and which can be adapted for corporate teams, leadership groups, and wellness-focused events.
