About the Host
Hi,
I facilitate transformational workshops and integration alignment classes that blend movement, yoga, breathwork, sensual dance, magnetic visualisation, and intention-setting into a powerful experience of self-discovery and energetic realignment.
With many years of experience teaching dance, pilates, meditation, and wellness practices, I've worked with corporate clients including Google, NBC, Viacom, Qantas, and the Australian Taxation Office.
I'm especially passionate about creating workshops that empower women to reconnect with their innate power and feminine essence. Through belly dance, breathework, embodiment practices, magnetic visualisation, and manifestation techniques, I guide women to awaken their inner Shakti energy, cultivate confidence, and embody their most authentic, radiant selves.
Certifications & Credentials
Certification 3 in Fitness; Australian Institute of Fitness. Certified Pilates instructor, Fitness Institute Australia.
Journey Meditation teacher training completed. Exploring the Veda's, Vedic meditation training and practise. Energy Mentor Program and training with renowned clairvoyant, Lynette Arcadie.
