Description
What it is
A guided group experience that uses art as a universal emotional language to help participants recognize, name, and understand emotions—without therapy, performance, or self-exposure.
Art becomes a safe intermediary: people don’t talk about themselves, they talk through images, forms, and creative perception.
What happens during the session
-
Short introduction on how art activates emotional processing in the brain
-
Participants observe curated artworks (images, fragments, gestures, visual prompts)
-
Simple guided exercises: choosing, interpreting, and reflecting on what resonates emotionally
-
Small-group sharing focused on meaning, not personal disclosure
-
Collective debrief connecting emotions to work life: energy, motivation, change, fatigue, creativity
Benefits
Key benefits
-
Greater emotional awareness without psychological pressure
-
A shared emotional vocabulary across different cultures and roles
-
Reduced resistance to “emotions at work”
-
Increased empathy, curiosity, and reflective capacity
Why it’s unique
This is not art therapy and not a creative performance.
It’s an emotional intelligence experience through art, designed for organizations that want depth without discomfort.
Art becomes a mirror, not a spotlight.

About the Host
I work with CEOs and leadership teams when strategy is clear, but execution is compromised by human and relational dynamics. With over 20 years of experience in complex corporate environments, I specialize in organizational development, leadership dynamics and culture. I help organizations: – read what is happening beneath the surface – address conflict, misalignment and emotional fatigue – restore clarity, responsibility and trust I do not focus on motivation or training as isolated activities. I work on how human systems function under pressure. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture and organizational dynamics, supporting companies through growth, change and transition. Many organizations don’t fail because of strategy. They fail because human systems stop working under pressure. When conflict goes underground, when decisions become slow, when people are exhausted but still performing, the cost is invisible until it isn’t. This is where my work begins.
