Description

This workshop is designed for professionals who want to perform at their best without draining their energy. With my long-standing expertise in psychology and performance coaching — and having worked with hundreds of professionals across industries — I guide participants through practical strategies to stay productive, creative, and motivated while keeping a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Participants will learn:

Simple science-based techniques to increase focus and productivity;

How to recognize early signs of overload and prevent burnout;

Easy daily routines that keep energy levels steady throughout the day;

How to combine high performance with wellbeing and sustainable habits.

Each participant also receives a Performance & Wellbeing Planner (PDF) with:

Daily and weekly planning templates;

Checklists for energy management and recovery;

Practical exercises to monitor workload and balance;

Reflection prompts for sustainable goal setting.

About the Host

I am a Cognitive Psychologist and Success & Performance Coach with 18+ years of experience helping professionals boost performance without burnout, manage stress and panic attacks, and balance work with personal wellbeing. Being a past alumna of the prestigious Collège de France and researcher at the CNRS in Paris, I bring a strong scientific background combined with practical coaching strategies. Trained as an expert meditator by a direct student of HH the Dalai Lama, I integrate mindfulness and neuroscience to create impactful, resilience-building workshops.

Travel Locations

I am open to traveling across European countries (with travel expenses covered) as well as to select international destinations including the Far East (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan) and the United States (New York, Austin, Boston, Philadelphia, etc.). Additional travel fees can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Client Requirements

For online courses, participants will need a pen and paper, a stable internet connection, and reliable speakers. For in-person courses, a projector and microphone (for larger rooms) may be beneficial, depending on the session format. For meditation courses, creating a relaxed setting with cushions or comfortable seating is highly encouraged.
