Description

This 90-minute guided session is designed to help participants shift from a state of stress to one of clarity, calm, and focus. Through a structured combination of breathing techniques, sound, and guided meditation, the experience supports the reset of the nervous system, reduces mental fatigue, and promotes emotional balance.

The session features Conscious Connected Breathing, a circular breathing method shown to positively influence physiology and encourage the release of stress on physical, mental, and emotional levels. Participants are guided through a curated musical journey with live elements, creating an engaging environment that encourages relaxation and presence. The experience concludes with a guided meditation and visualization practice to deepen focus, restore energy, and foster a stronger connection to inner resilience.

About the Host

I am a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and Mindfulness Coach. My work is about slowing down, taking a break from the chaos of daily life, and reconnecting with oneself. I offer signature Breathwork Workshops and 1:1 mentoring, alongside meditation classes and yin yoga. I bring these methods to entrepreneurs, leaders, and anyone who wants to integrate mindfulness into their daily life. Drawing on my background in business and entrepreneurship, I create a grounded, practical approach that bridges personal growth with professional resilience.
