About the Host

I am a mindfulness teacher, philosopher, writer, and artist whose work bridges contemplative practice, creativity, and human connection. I hold a Master’s degree in Neurosciences, Mindfulness and Contemplative Practices (University of Pisa) and I am a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and CCT (Compassion Cultivation Training) teacher. I currently teaches in the Master’s in Contemplative Studies at the University of Padua and in the Philosophy for Community program at the University of Milan. I am also a Deep Listening Practitioner (trained within Pauline Oliveros’ lineage), exploring the intersection between sound, body, and awareness. My work often integrates music, silence, and dialogue as ways of cultivating attention and compassion — in classrooms, companies, and unconventional spaces such as prisons. Over the past years, I designed and led programs for organizations including McKinsey, Porsche, Lonely Planet, and CityZen Milano, as well as for universities and social projects. In prisons, I used mindfulness and songwriting as tools for self-expression, empathy, and transformation. As a musician, I have released albums with Universal Music and performed at major international events. As a writer and documentarian, he tells stories of movement, resilience, and presence. My approach is both rigorous and deeply human — a blend of academic insight and creative vitality that invites people to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the living pulse of experience.
