Description
This session introduces teams to failure sharing as a practical capability, not a cultural slogan.
Most organisations have strong mechanisms for celebrating success — awards, recognition, performance metrics — yet very few have structured ways to learn from failure. As a result, mistakes are hidden, repeated, or quietly absorbed, limiting innovation, trust, and adaptability.
In this 120-minute introductory workshop, participants explore how psychological safety and structured failure sharing enable better decision-making, stronger collaboration, and increased innovation. The focus is not on blame, confession, or problem-solving, but on learning, reframing, and collective insight.
Using clear facilitation frameworks, teams learn how to:
-
Deconstruct failures without judgement
-
Separate learning from performance evaluation
-
Create lightweight, repeatable rituals for shared learning
This session lays the foundation for embedding failure sharing into everyday team dynamics and innovation processes.
Benefits
Teams and organisations will gain:
-
Increased psychological safety
Learn how to create an environment where people can speak openly without fear of judgement or repercussions. -

Greater resilience to change
