Flamenco in Search of Your 'Duende' is an interactive movement and expression experience that taps into your inner power and storytelling. As an internationally recognised experienced artist, educator, Marina Tamayo guides students in the nuances of oneself using Flamenco as the medium. Releasing stress, tapping into quiet spaces of the mind, improving focus, and self-esteem through finding power in your movement and expression. Finding a sense of belonging is a spiritual practice, and stepping into the realms of something bigger, the unknown starts a journey of courage; the foundation for growth, the element to make changes.
Benefits
Participants will engage in a differentiated Flamenco movement class, using traditional movements, body percussion and group collaborations. Options to watch a Flamenco performance for additional experience are offered.
