This 90-minute workshop introduces employees to the core principles of Positive Intelligence (PQ) in a fun, interactive way. PQ is a practical, neuroscience-based framework for understanding and reducing the internal mental patterns that sabotage performance, relationships, and wellbeing at work.
Participants learn how to recognise their automatic, reactive “saboteur” thinking, access their more resourceful “sage” mindset, and practise simple, evidence-based techniques that strengthen mental fitness & build resilience.
The result is clearer thinking & decision making under pressure, healthier team dynamics & performance, and more constructive responses to everyday workplace challenges.
Attendees will learn about their own saboteurs, along with those of their team-mates and together explore how saboteurs turn up to wreak havoc in their teams and workplace.

About the Host
I am a highly experienced consultant, with 30+yrs in the corporate space – helping leaders and teams understand how to unlock growth – whether that is by deep diving into their consumers, positioning their brands or harnessing healthier people and teams.
In the area of Workplace Wellbeing, I specifically consult in Mental Fitness – helping people and teams get unstuck from reactive cycles of behaviour and building the mental muscle to find calm/clarity even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty, and to create more positive impact at work and at home.
I am a highly experienced workshop facilitator, a consumer researcher and a certified Health & Wellness Coach (specialising in positive intelligence (PQ) and NLP). I run interactive, fun workshops in the area of Mental Fitness and Positive Intelligence with an ongoing 8wk program for those interested in taking their mental fitness to a new level.
