We live in unprecedented fast-paced complex environments. Stress has become part of our lives, and we all need coping strategies to remain grounded and restore some calm so we can focus, think and create. Yet, how would it feel if we were not only resilient to stress, but we would literally learn tools that make us feel empowered, equipped to tackle the next meetings, negotiations, presentations? Can we bridge the gaps between stressed and capable, and even more interestingly from capability to agency?
Part 1 — Resilience vs Agency and How Regulation Builds Agency (15 min)
- Discussing and collectively defining resilience, confidence and agency
- The three pillars of confidence
Part 2 — The Foundations : No empire has never been built on shaky grounds (30 min)
Participants will be invited to engage with Eastern inspired story telling to:
- open up perspective on decision-making
- discuss inner balance and alignment.
Part 3 — Confidence and Future Foresight reflection (25 min)
Participants reflect on:
- “What do I want to contribute at work?”
- “Where do I need more courage or clarity?”
Collective think tank on micro-habits that create big shifts.
Part 4 — Practical tools (10 min)
- A personal regulation checklist
- A short daily practice to build up agency and confidence

About the Host
I am a facilitator and educator with many years of experience teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Grounded in Eastern embodied traditions, I now bridge these practices with contemporary neuroscience and research on stress, the nervous system, and wellbeing.
Drawing on my background in cultural project management, education, and somatic practice, I design accessible workshops that translate both ancient wisdom and scientific insights into simple, practical tools for everyday work life.
My approach combines gentle embodied experience with evidence-based learning to support self-care, psychological safety, clearer communication, and sustainable performance. Participants leave with greater calm, focus, and confidence — and with practices they can immediately use at their desk, in meetings, or in moments of pressure.

Lifelong learner and upskiller, I received certifications in yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral therapy, sophrology, and extensively trained in embodied leadership, stress management and emotional intelligence.
Past Clients
I worked on multiple group workshops and retreats and with psychologists from Aalborg Hospital wishing to include somatic and mindfulness to support their patients' recovery.
