Description
A practical and experiential wellbeing session exploring how mindfulness and self-compassion can support us when life and work feel demanding.
Participants are introduced to simple mindfulness practices that help develop awareness of thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, alongside accessible self-compassion practices that encourage a kinder and more supportive response to moments of stress, difficulty or self-criticism.
Through guided practice, reflection and practical exercises, participants explore the difference between reacting automatically and responding with greater awareness and care.
The session is designed to be secular, accessible and workplace-friendly, with practices that participants can take into everyday life.
Participants leave with practical tools to pause, steady themselves, manage everyday pressures and cultivate greater resilience and self-awareness.
