This workshop helps participants better understand their personal stress response and develop practical tools to regulate the nervous system in demanding daily environments. Through mindfulness, breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques, participants learn how stress affects the body and mind, how to restore depleted energy levels and how to maintain greater balance, focus and emotional resilience under pressure. The session provides practical and accessible wellbeing tools that can be integrated into everyday routines to support long-term stress management and overall wellbeing.
