A guided, hands-on beading workshop that combines creative expression with mindfulness and reflection. Participants are invited to design and create a simple beaded bracelet or strand while engaging in guided prompts focused on intention, focus, and personal meaning.
The session begins with a short introduction to intention-setting and how repetitive, tactile activities support calm, focus, and creativity. Participants then select beads based on personal preference (color, texture, shape) and are guided through the beading process at a relaxed, accessible pace.
Throughout the workshop, gentle reflection prompts are offered to support clarity, presence, and self-awareness. No spiritual or belief-based framework is required; the emphasis is on creativity, mindfulness, and the experience of making something meaningful by hand.
The session closes with a brief reflection on how participants can return to intention and presence in daily life and work.

About the Host
Certified Yoga Therapist and mindfulness-based counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting stress regulation, embodiment, and mental wellbeing. I work with individuals and groups to cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience in high-pressure professional and creative environments. My approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and accessible, making mindfulness and body-based practices practical for diverse, international audiences.
