Workshop
Description
During a time of accelerated technological disruption, social inequality, climate anxiety and the erosion of trust, we need leaders with integrity and ethics.
This session explores where our sense of integrity comes from, how it aligns with personal values and beliefs, but needs connection to organizational values.
It explores how leadership integrity requires adaptability, situational awareness and role modelling to lead others through crises and change.
- Describe the dimensions of moral integrity, behavioural integrity, and leader consistency
- Distill how acting with integrity is a key component of ethical leadership
- Assess how leaders acting with integrity demonstrates adaptability, situational awareness, and role modelling to effectively manage change, crisis, uncertainty, and ambiguity
- Identify how leading by example can support a learning culture around acting with integrity
- Develop tactics to support regenerating and replenishing “reserves” of integrity"
Benefits
Attendees will be guided through models and approaches to help them connect their personal values and beliefs to organizational goals, build moral and behavioural integrity, and develop tactics to support replenishing "reserves" of integrity during moments of ethical dilemmas.
