Description
Learning to Breathe is a 90-minute workshop that introduces the power of conscious breathing as a practical tool to release stress, regulate emotions and circular thoughts, recharge energy, and cultivate presence and resilience.
The session unfolds in three parts:
1. Introduction – We begin by exploring the value of breath as our most accessible tool to stay grounded and prevent ourselves from being swept away by circular thoughts and emotions. Drawing on insights from science and psychology, I highlight the impact that conscious breathing can have on focus, wellbeing, and resilience in both personal and professional life.
2. Guided Practice – The core of the session is the practice of breathwork. I guide participants through sequences designed to release physical and emotional tension, restore focus, unlock resilience and presence, and boost both energy and clarity. The practices are approachable yet powerful, offering direct experience of how breath can shift our state of being.
3. Integration – We conclude with a reflection on the practice, an open space for questions, and the introduction of simple, practical tools to take home. These integration exercises help participants translate the benefits of breathwork into daily routines, ensuring the experience has a lasting impact beyond the workshop.
4. Optional add-on – I can include partner or small-group activities designed to follow- up he session work and also foster empathy, authentic connection and team cohesion.
Participants leave feeling relieved, invigorated and more centered. They will have earned a deeper understanding of the power of conscious breathing and a toolkit of practices to reset, recharge, and navigate the demands of day-to-day work and life with greater ease.

About the Host
A transformation facilitator and consciousness PhD with 15+ years of experience working with individuals, groups, and corporate teams. I integrate self-inquiry with embodied practices such as breathwork, movement voice and expanded states of consciousness. My work aims to foster a hands-on approach to presence, resilience, wellbeing and authentic connection with self and others. As a public speaker and thought leader, I advocate for paradigm shifts in how we understand consciousness, change, and human potential, bridging personal growth with collective transformation.
Travel Locations
I currently work in different places in Italy, especially Sicily, Tuscany, Lazio, Lombardia and Umbria. In Italy I do not require any extra travel costs.
I am willing to travel anywhere in Europe. I have lived in UK, Spain, Austria, Hungary and Switzerland so I know my way around the countries quite well. I would also be interested in exploring options in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Portugal, but I would keep my options open for travel right now. For these places I might charge the cost of travel from my current location.
