Description
Nurobodi Qi Gong is a somatic and energetic training for contemporary life. Rooted in ancient Taoist traditions, this special workshop is designed to support nervous system balance, embodied awareness, and proprioceptive awareness (connected with the position and integrated movement of the body and breath)
From 30-90min sessions, Nurobodi Qi Gong workshops are open to all levels of experience and physical accessibility. Whether this is your first encounter with Qi Gong or a return to practice, workshops can be tailored to groups to suit.
Benefits
Nurobodi Qi Gong workshops offer a deeply held space of transformation - a cumulative training for those ready to deepen their connection with Qi, with your own bio-rhythms, with the interior subtle body and its proprioceptive awareness. It offers a gentle yet powerful, progressive breath and movement work - standing, moving and dynamic meditation, all guided by experienced teachings and instructions on inner listening.
Qi Gong improves stress regulation. Slow, controlled movement paired with breath activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing cortisol and supporting clearer decision-making under pressure.
It enhances focus. Repetitive, low-intensity sequences train sustained attention and reduce cognitive fatigue, which supports productivity during long work cycles.
It reduces musculoskeletal tension. The movements gently release neck, shoulder, and lower-back strain - common issues for people who spend long hours at a desk.
It improves mobility and circulation. Subtle weight-shifting and joint rotations increase blood flow and reduce stiffness, which helps maintain long-term physical comfort and lowers injury risk.
It supports emotional regulation. Regular practice increases awareness of internal stress signals, helping people respond more intentionally rather than reactively.
It increases overall wellbeing. Practitioners often report improved sleep, steadier energy, and better resilience across the workday.
