Description
Yin yoga, also known as restorative yoga, features floor-based stretches that are designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. This practice is designed to help your team leave feeling refreshed and relaxed! A 10-minute meditation practice is incorporated into the beginning. These classes can be offered on-site, or at a nearby studio location. Virtual yoga sessions are also available if requested.
Benefits
This practice is seen as an antidote to our typically “yang” or busy, lives. It asks us to breathe deeply and find internal quiet. Benefits of restorative yoga include deep relaxation, reduced stress + anxiety, and strengthening of the connective tissues, or fascia in the body.
Group relaxation also promotes a positive work culture and encourages connection across your team!
