Experience true emotions on stage. Storytelling, singing, dancing, acting... we all look for living true emotions and sharing them. Our systems are made for an emotion being born by itself. Trying to control them is a bet lost in advance. Make a step back, reveal your real intention at each moment, and let the emotion using your body and your voice expressing it. You will feel how much your presence can be powerfull.

Let's begin with a warming-up time in group, then let's try to understand our intentions while we are on a stage, while we are expressing our talent.
Then, forget the stage and find back those intentions.
Experience, for a minute, your own powerfullness. - session
Build a small performance (3 to 5 minutes / person) on your powerfullness. - day
Build a full perfomance (10 to 15 minutes / person) on your powerfullness. - program
Increase mental state of wellbeing, helps team-building, develops new soft skills, reduces stress, helps to gain self-confidence.

About the Host
Born into music, my passion for arts made entirely the person I am, and grew up through years. As an author, composer, comedian, then teacher, coach, director, drama company leader, from the first class I led, I understood that coaching would take/make/be a large part of my life. Looking for the good and fair words, questionning my place and position, understanding and creating with others and for others are as many dynamics as i can feel manage by, day by day. What I feel when I see you blossoming on stage, or in front of a camera, is indescribable. My work is known for his relevance, his precision, playfulness and for an attentive listening. I see the group as a person (who becomes a different one without a member, or if you add one), and a person as a group (my first show is called "I am multiple", and I am sure that everyone has a bit of everyone else inside oneself).
