About the Host
Francisco Esteves is a neuroscientist and wellness coach.
He studied Biology at the University of Lisbon and completed a PhD in Neurobiology at the University of California, San Diego, followed by post-doctoral research at the Champalimaud Foundation.
Alongside his scientific work, Francisco developed long-standing practices in martial arts and yoga, which shaped his interest in personal development and mind-body awareness.
Today, he combines neuroscience, mindfulness, and practical tools to help organisations reduce stress, build resilience, and improve collaboration.
He also supports individuals in clarifying direction and building a life aligned with their strengths and values.
Francisco partners with organisations to strengthen team performance and wellbeing. His work focuses on practical, science-based strategies for reducing stress, improving focus, and supporting healthy communication.
Through masterclasses, workshops, and customised programmes, teams learn how the brain responds to pressure, how to regulate attention, and how to develop sustainable habits that support resilience and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
Francisco also offers individual coaching sessions that integrate neuroscience, mindfulness, and practical behavioural tools.
Sessions focus on: understanding how your brain shapes habits, stress, and decision-making; developing attention and emotional regulation skills; clarifying goals and unlocking existing strengths; replacing unhelpful patterns with intentional, sustainable practices.
The process is direct and interactive. You receive personalised strategies, simple exercises you can apply immediately, and a clear framework to improve focus, reduce stress, and move toward a more meaningful, grounded way of living.
