Workshop

Description

A diagnostic-style experience that makes the invisible dynamics of a team visible—live, in the room.

Rather than analyzing culture from the outside, participants engage in guided interactions that reveal how their team actually operates: who speaks, who holds back, how decisions are made, and where energy flows or gets stuck.

Through facilitated observation, reflection, and light interaction, teams gain immediate insight into the behavioral patterns and relational dynamics shaping their performance.

This session acts as a real-time “mirror,” allowing teams to see their culture clearly—and identify where shifts will have the greatest impact.

Key Activities:
– Real-time observation of team interaction patterns
– Mapping communication, participation, and group dynamics
– Facilitated reflection to surface strengths and friction points

Benefits

Outcomes:
– Increased awareness of team dynamics and behavior patterns
– Clearer alignment on how the team currently operates
– Identification of key shifts to improve performance and collaboration
– Actionable insight into strengthening team culture

Hosted by Tonya (TBird Luv) Ridgely

About the Host

I’m TBird (Tonya Ridgely), a relational systems facilitator and experience architect specializing in leadership, culture, and team dynamics. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with leaders and organizations globally to address the layer most teams struggle to resolve directly: trust, communication, and relational alignment. My work focuses on what’s happening beneath the surface—how people interact, where tension is avoided, and what prevents teams from collaborating effectively. I design structured, experiential sessions that create immediate, felt shifts in how teams relate and operate. Participants don’t just gain insight—they experience real-time changes in trust, clarity, and communication. My approach integrates somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and systems thinking, translated into practical, accessible experiences that work inside corporate environments. I specialize in helping teams move from surface-level interaction to meaningful collaboration—quickly, safely, and with lasting impact.
