Description

This interactive team workshop uses the Enneagram to help groups understand how individual personalities combine to shape collective dynamics. Prior to the session, the team completes their individual and team Integrative Enneagram Solutions assessment, which reveals the team’s overall Enneagram pattern. This shared data becomes a powerful entry point for understanding how the group tends to communicate, make decisions, handle stress, and relate to change.

During the session, we explore what the team’s Enneagram pattern reveals about its core strengths, blind spots, and default behaviors, especially under pressure. We look at how individual types contribute to the team culture, where friction is most likely to arise, and what the team may unintentionally overuse or underutilize. This process often helps teams name dynamics they have felt but struggled to articulate.

The Enneagram is used as a practical framework rather than a labeling exercise. Through guided discussion, reflection, and application, the team builds shared language and clearer understanding of how they function together. Participants leave with concrete insights and strategies for improving communication, collaboration, and alignment moving forward.

About the Host

I’m a facilitator, coach, and community-builder who is deeply interested in how people grow through relationship — with themselves and with each other. My work focuses on cultivating emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and confident, authentic communication in ways that feel human, grounded, and accessible rather than performative or overly academic. I love creating spaces where people can slow down, feel safe enough to be honest, and practice being more fully themselves in connection with others. Through authentic relating–style sessions, I guide participants in developing empathy, clearer self-expression, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence in navigating interpersonal dynamics. These sessions are experiential and practical — people don’t just talk about communication, they feel it, practice it, and leave with insights they can immediately apply in their relationships, work, and daily lives. I also offer Enneagram-based workshops for both individuals and teams. I use the Enneagram as a tool for self-compassion, pattern recognition, and growth, rather than as a rigid typing system. In individual-focused sessions, I help people understand their motivations, stress patterns, and strengths, and how these show up in relationships and decision-making. In team or group settings, I facilitate workshops that build shared language, reduce miscommunication, and foster appreciation for different working and relating styles. My approach emphasizes curiosity, humility, and practical application, not labeling or box-checking. Across all my work, my intention is to support people in becoming more self-trusting, emotionally fluent, and relationally skilled — not by fixing themselves, but by understanding themselves more clearly. I’m especially drawn to audiences who are already doing inner work and are ready to deepen it through real connection, honest reflection, and shared practice.

Travel Locations

I’m open to traveling across the Western United States, especially locations within a short flight (3-4 hours) from California. However, I love traveling and am happy to discuss specific destinations as opportunities arise.

Client Requirements

At a minimum, I need space to set up my flipchart and markers. As a trained graphic facilitator, I can lead a great workshop this way. However, it's best if I also have access to a projector to connect my computer to show slides.
