Description
lively, social session that uses improvisational theater techniques to build emotional intelligence.
Instead of heavy theory, participants experience what effective communication feels like: presence, adaptability, curiosity, empathy, and collaboration.
We start with a warm-up that drops people out of their heads and into their bodies. Then we move into three core improv exercises:
-
"Yes, And…": practicing acceptance, co-creation, and supportive communication
-
"Curiosity Switch": learning to read emotional cues and respond with empathy
-
"The Misunderstanding Game": discovering how assumptions distort messages
Sessions close with a reflection circle on how humor, empathy, and flexibility directly impact teamwork and leadership.
Benefits
-
Improves communication & active listening
-
Builds trust and psychological safety
-
Boosts creativity and quick-thinking
-
Enhances empathy + emotional reading skills
-
Breaks down social barriers → instant team bonding

About the Host
I have a curious mind, am a traveler at heart and always ready for an adventure. Shaped by the many places I’ve called home and the people I’ve met along the way, I’ve always been fascinated by what makes us feel alive – and how to make space for it. For the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in understanding the mind – and how it shapes our emotions, relationships, and sense of balance, testing and practicing multiple approaches myself. Hence, my work blends science with presence. I create spaces where people feel safe to open up, explore and reconnect with what makes them feel alive. Whether guiding a group through a reflective practice, a creative one or educating one: I bring a calm and grounded sense of joy and focus on a human-first approach.
