Description

A high-impact, experiential intervention designed to shift how teams communicate, relate, and perform—live, in the room.

Most teams don’t struggle from lack of strategy. They struggle from what’s happening underneath it: misalignment, unspoken tension, and breakdowns in communication.

The Relational Reset™ works directly at this level.

Using the Transformative Arts Method™, participants move through a structured sequence—Regulate, Reveal, Relate, Rewire, Realign—to surface hidden dynamics and shift them in real time.

Unlike traditional workshops that focus on concepts or skills in isolation, this experience works directly with the live dynamics of the team—integrating awareness, communication, and behavior change into a single, embodied process.

Through a combination of guided interaction, relational exercises, and facilitated micro-interventions, participants experience how they are actually operating—and practice more effective ways of working together in the moment.

Benefits

This is not a theoretical workshop. It is a live intervention into team dynamics.

Key Activities:
– Real-time relational mapping and facilitated interaction
– Identifying hidden communication and behavior patterns
– Guided interventions to shift dynamics in the moment
– Structured exercises to build trust, clarity, and alignment

Outcomes:
– Immediate increase in trust and openness
– Clearer, more direct communication
– Faster alignment and decision-making
– Reduced friction and miscommunication
– Practical, repeatable ways of working more effectively together

Ideal for leadership teams navigating growth, change, or internal friction.

About the Host

I’m TBird (Tonya Ridgely), a relational systems facilitator and experience architect specializing in leadership, culture, and team dynamics. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with leaders and organizations globally to address the layer most teams struggle to resolve directly: trust, communication, and relational alignment. My work focuses on what’s happening beneath the surface—how people interact, where tension is avoided, and what prevents teams from collaborating effectively. I design structured, experiential sessions that create immediate, felt shifts in how teams relate and operate. Participants don’t just gain insight—they experience real-time changes in trust, clarity, and communication. My approach integrates somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and systems thinking, translated into practical, accessible experiences that work inside corporate environments. I specialize in helping teams move from surface-level interaction to meaningful collaboration—quickly, safely, and with lasting impact.
