Description:
A practical, energising session that uses simple improvisation-based activities to help professionals think on their feet, respond with greater ease, and become more comfortable speaking in the moment. Designed for workplace audiences rather than performers, this experience focuses on flexibility, listening, confidence, presence and spontaneous communication. No acting experience is needed.
Activities may include:
- low-pressure improv exercises adapted for professional groups
- speaking prompts to build confidence under light uncertainty
- activities that strengthen listening and responsiveness
- exercises that encourage clearer, quicker thinking in the moment
- reflection on how improvisation skills apply to meetings, presentations and everyday workplace communication.

About the Host
I am a facilitator, coach and communication-focused practitioner who helps professionals and teams communicate with greater clarity, confidence and impact. My background spans senior executive leadership, governance, investigations, coaching and human behaviour, and I bring that depth into every session I design and deliver. I have led workshops, presentations and conference sessions for professional audiences, translating complex concepts into practical, memorable learning experiences. My sessions combine warmth, structure and real-world relevance, helping people strengthen connection, presence and the quality of their conversations in ways that are immediately useful in real workplace settings.
Certifications & Credentials
I hold a Diploma of Coaching, a Diploma of Government Management, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and am a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. I maintain Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance each with $20 million cover (worldwide excluding USA & Canada)
