Description
What happens when we stop rushing and give ourselves permission to experience something fully?
We explored that question through Winefulness, a mindful wine experience designed to reconnect us with our senses and with one another.
Over two hours, wine is more than something to taste. It becomes an invitation to slow down, observe, listen, and notice what usually passes by unnoticed.
Through guided sensory practices and meaningful conversation, participants explored new ways of being present, both individually and as a group.
The experience created space for curiosity, connection, and genuine interaction, away from the usual pace and routines.
This is what we create for organizations: experiences that bring people together, open new perspectives, and make wellbeing something to be lived, not just discussed.
Winefulness is a pause with purpose.
A different way to connect teams, strengthen relationships, and return to work with renewed attention and purpose.
Our guided wine tasting workshop is divided by our senses and have a reflection part on each stage that uses each wine to focus on an specific sense.
Paul is our expert in wines and he will guide us to really stop on each sense to grasp the real smell, taste, even our sight wil be tested through a playful exercise to make each participant more aware and answer a tricky test on colour, smell and taste of each of the 4 organic and local wines we are going to enjoy.
On the other side of tasting, Gabriela will make us reflect on each of the stages we are going to experience, with a powerful coaching tool such as Points of You. The coaching cards will serve to trigger meaningful conversations, starting with WHY we need to be present?
So the combination is a delightful yet powerful experience for teams to build trust, recognize their own importance to be present and thread a more human connection between them, renewing their sense of belonging.
