Overview and Purpose
This workshop uses the tools of physical theatre to enhance team cohesion, communication, and collective awareness. Through guided movement and body-based exercises, participants will explore trust, creativity, and non-verbal communication. The aim is to foster stronger professional and personal connections while promoting individual well-being.
Activities
Warm-up & Grounding (10 min): Stretching, breathing, posture awareness.
Trust & Connection Games (20 min): Pair mirroring, group energy flow.
Creative Movement Exploration (30 min): Collective sequences with gestures, rhythms, and space.
Integration & Reflection (20 min): Group sharing linked to collaboration and leadership.
Closing Relaxation (10 min): Floor-based guided relaxation with music.

Participants reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and explore playful, creative ways of moving. Balancing individual exploration with group interaction, the session nurtures relaxation, joy, and collective energy.

Body Awareness Flow (20 min): Solo explorations with weight, rhythm, and space.

Client Requirements
Yes, I do have a few requirements to ensure the quality and comfort of the activities: A room with a wooden floor (or similar material) where participants can feel comfortable lying down and working barefoot. The space should be large enough to allow free movement, empty, and without columns or obstacles in the middle. Sound system with speakers and a cable to connect an iPad or phone.
