Description
A typical yoga session with me will include a short meditation paired with Pranayama breath work to start. For a corporate setting, the class would then transition to a light warm up and some basic yoga poses with guided breathing throughout. The flow would be suitable for beginners with possible variations for more advanced practitioners. The session would end with another short meditation and some guided introspection on how the practitioners feel after completing the session.
Benefits
Pranayama breath work is an incredible way of detoxing the lungs, promoting blood flow to the brain, and general relaxation. Yoga poses paired with intentional breathing calms the mind promoting better sleep, conscious living, and rational decision making to name a few benefits.

A youthful and enthusiastic former corporate employee who understands the value of stress release, building meaningful connections, and self-care for a well-balanced life. Receiving her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Acting at Syracuse University in New York, Aliana can host fun and inclusive improv workshops as well as choral workshops! Most recently, Aliana has added Yoga Instructor to her list of offerings. Trained in Pranayama Breathwork, Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa flow, Aliana can develop a class tailored to any need.
