Becoming a Culturist
Providing your workshops, experiences and programs. Culturists register with Culture Vitale with the essentials:
Culture Vitale reviews each submission, requests references where needed, and validates the registration. All registrations are subject to fit, review and approval, which may take some time. We appreciate your patience.
Ways we work together
We can facilitate the promotion and booking of your sessions, programs, workshops, retreats and more to our clients and audience, currently for a 19% commission on the total booking cost through us. Either you keep the full amount and the client pays the commission, or you absorb it and the client pays less.
Billing is based on the type of booking.
Platform or package invoicing. Culture Vitale invoices the client and pays you your amount. Often for bookings made through our brand or platform.
Commission invoicing. You invoice the client; Culture Vitale invoices you 19% of the invoiced amount. Often for externally arranged or direct bookings.
Note: this is entirely optional.
We organise a Culture Vitale event with the client, and partner with you as a provider for Culture Vitale. Sessions of Vitality overview
Culture Vitale works with clients to determine their needs, budget, dates and location. We then curate and propose suitable Culturists and workshops, based on suitability to the client's needs, on location and timing, and on budget against the cost of the workshop. We contact the relevant Culturists for the workshops the client is interested in, check availability and request quotes.
Each Culturist quotes and invoices Culture Vitale directly for their full services, including the workshop and any travel. Culture Vitale quotes and invoices the client a single full event fee, covering all services: curation, workshops, catering, permits and venue. Your exact fee is never presented to the client. Culturists sign a Culture Vitale standard engagement term for one workshop; Culture Vitale signs an overall event engagement with the client. The client pays Culture Vitale directly, and Culture Vitale pays each Culturist the full amount quoted.
The full event: Culture Vitale is responsible for the entirety of the overall event, including client relations. The individual workshops: each Culturist is responsible only for the entirety of the specific workshop they host.
