Typical Session Structure & Flow
A typical event day looks like:
Part 1. 8.30 or 9 am (start to be defined by the client) = what is somatic, who is Caroline, why is is important, what is neuro-plasticity and what is it not
tea break 10.30 am for 15 mins
Part 2. 10.45 am to 12.45 pm = physical awareness exercises individual, understanding what they just experiences, physical awareness exercises group
lunch break 12.45 pm to 1.30 pm (Ideally, provided by the client. A healthy catering would be beneficial in alignment with the program's content, to avoid participants having to go off the premises to buy something, stand in line somewhere, and might be returning late.)
Part 3. 1.30 pm to 3.15 pm = Recap of the morning sessions, mindfulness exercise, writing exercise, physical release
afternoon tea 3.15 pm for 15 mins
Part 4. 3.30 pm to 4.45 pm = integration, meditation, Q&A
The depth and intensity of the workshop varies depending if the booking is for 1 day or multiple days.
1-day events will only be working of a power point presentation, where as multi-day events will have the option of a take away workbook.

What’s Included
The price includes 6-8 hours days of somatic [embodied] understanding, physical participation exercises (no sweating), engaging power point presentation or work book, interactive group exercises. Further, participants will gain extensive understanding of the neuroplasticity and neuro-physiological anatomy. Helping them to understanding "why we tick the way we tick" and how we can become the master of our body-mind responses, rather than simple reacting and regretting.
Travel within the inner-city metro area (up to 50km) included.

Based in Sydney, Australia, and also active in Europe, Caroline is a sought-after retreat host and public speaker, guiding individuals and groups on journeys of self-discovery and rejuvenation. Complementing her retreat work, she is a qualified somatic release therapist, offering a holistic approach to healing and well-being in her private practice in Sydney CBD.
