Desk Reset is an inclusive workplace yoga experience designed to release physical tension, restore energy and help participants return to work feeling calmer and more focused.
Participants are guided through:
- A brief arrival and body-awareness exercise
- Gentle seated and standing movements for the neck, shoulders, spine, wrists and hips
- Chair-based stretches to relieve tension associated with prolonged sitting and computer work
- Simple breathing techniques to support calm and concentration
- An accessible movement sequence to improve mobility and circulation
- A short guided relaxation to complete the session
The session can be adapted for different ages, abilities and levels of mobility. Participants do not need previous yoga experience, specialist clothing or advanced flexibility. Most activities can be completed using a stable chair, making the experience suitable for a broad workplace audience.
The 30-minute format provides an effective movement and mental reset. The 45-minute format allows additional movement, breathing and guided relaxation. The experience can be delivered in person or online.

About the Host
Sunita Patil is an experienced corporate wellbeing facilitator, meditation teacher and yoga educator with more than 30 years of teaching and facilitation experience. Through My Wellness Journey, she delivers practical, inclusive workplace wellbeing experiences that help people manage stress, restore energy and remain effective under pressure.
Her sessions include corporate meditation, accessible workplace yoga, guided relaxation, mental-reset practices, stress regulation and burnout-prevention workshops. Sunita has delivered wellbeing programs for organisations including SBS, Hasbro, Hamilton Locke, Rheem Australia, Boston Scientific, Volkswagen Financial Services Australia, Okta and The College of Law.
Her facilitation style is warm, engaging, trauma-informed and adaptable for participants with different ages, abilities and experience levels. She is available for workplace sessions, corporate events, team wellbeing programs and virtual delivery across Australia.

Client Requirements
For workshops or larger groups, access to a microphone, projector or screen, and HDMI connectivity may be required. For yoga or movement sessions, a clean, quiet space with sufficient room for participants and chairs where appropriate; participants may bring their own yoga mats. For meditation sessions, a quiet space with comfortable seating is sufficient. Final requirements will depend on the session format, group size and venue.
