Expect a grounded, science-backed experience designed to help your team understand their stress response and learn how to shift it on demand.
- We begin with a simple introduction to the nervous system, outlining how breath directly influences heart rate, (stress) hormones, muscle tension and so much more.
- From there, your team is guided through a 45-minute breathwork session using evidence-based breathing techniques proven to lower heart rate and activate calm. The session will be conducted laying down, eyes closed and with tailored music and guidance. The experience is accessible, down-to-earth, and suitable for all bodies and fitness levels.
- We close with a short reflection round and Q&A so participants can articulate the changes they noticed and integrate the tools into daily life.
- Optional Add-On: Biofeedback Insights.
For teams wanting measurable outcomes, anonymous biofeedback tracking (wristband) can be included in sessions. Heart rate, stress levels, and breathing patterns are captured pre-session, during the session, and post-session to illustrate real-time shifts for the participants. These insights can furthermore be visualised in clear dashboards for leadership teams, highlight tangible improvements in calm, focus and overall physiological state.

If clients would like an short energising breathwork session, chairs will be fine. If they would like a longer stress relief session, yoga mats are advised to comfortably lay down (+blankets and eye masks adviced if possible)
